ZEaDs Maintenance Management Programme (MMP)

Adoptable schemes are normally subjected to a mandatory period of maintenance, during which the developer is liable for maintenance of the schemes. This can potentially have huge financial implications if not properly managed. ZEaDS can keep an eye on these adoptable schemes in readiness for adoptions or handover to management companies. This can be achieved by taking advantage of our MMP, which has been designed to ensure a seamless adoption/ handover.

How It Works

We will conduct a thorough snagging of the scheme; looking for any defects in the constructions and places where repair or remedial works are required. This is normally a joint inspection with the adopting authority and often referred to as ‘Maintenance Inspection’
Based on the findings, we will itemise any identified remedial works in a formal report that will be submitted to the client along with the MMP for perusal and approval.
Implement the Maintenance Management Programme as agreed and arrange for adoption at the end of the maintenance period
